2022年的政府工作报告，中英对照，先视译，然后拜读了一遍。发现，年复一年，质量依旧稳定。以下内容，是我从自己246条脚注中，摘出的一些比较有意思的内容。
这是第一期，量少易吸收（为了增加更新频率，只有降低输出量这一个黔驴技穷般的办法了）。
1.如期
关于“如期”，全文一共出现了2次。
如期打赢脱贫攻坚战 We declared victory in the critical battle against poverty as envisaged.
如期全面建成小康社会 We achieved the first centenary goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects on schedule.
后者常见姑且放过，而前者，似乎可以再研究研究。
envisage
参考牛津第八版
to imagine what will happen in the future 想像；设想；展望
~ sth What level of profit do you envisage? 你预计会有什么样的利润水平？
~ (sb) doing sth I can't envisage her coping with this job. 我无法设想她如何应付这个工作。
it is envisaged that … It is envisaged that the talks will take place in the spring. 谈判预期在春季举行。
~ that … I envisage that the work will be completed next year. 我预计这项工作将在明年完成。
~ how, where, etc. … It is difficult to envisage how people will react. 很难设想人们将有什么反应。
常见的其他表达学习之后，以后用词再上一个台阶。（~ (sb) doing sth 似乎更值得熟读并背诵）
2.国内外
这是一个常见表达，关键不是如何翻译，而是能搞出几个版本。全文出现3次，译文给了2个版本。
一年来，面对复杂严峻的国内外形势和诸多风险挑战 Last year, facing complicated and challenging circumstances both in and outside of China
国内外形势又出现很多新变化... many new changes occurred in and outside of China...
综合研判国内外形势，今年我国发展面临的风险挑战明显增多，必须爬坡过坎。A comprehensive analysis of evolving dynamics at home and abroad indicates that this year our country will encounter many more risks and challenges, and we must keep pushing to overcome them
at home and abroad，似乎更为常见，那么in and outside of China，偶尔也可以做同义替换了。
3.stand
这个词，我们最常见的解释是“站立”。但在报告中，可能就没法儿用这个释义解释了。
城镇新增就业1269万人，城镇调查失业率平均为5.1%。A total of 12.69 million urban jobs were added, and the average surveyed unemployment rate stood at 5.1 percent.
可能不少小学上课就开始的“stand up, good morning teacher~”让人难忘终生。但这个词，其实还有很多含义。这里先再学其中之一。照例打开牛津。
be at height/level 高度；水平
[I] + noun (not used in the progressive tenses 不用于进行时) to be a particular height 高度为；高达 The tower stands 30 metres high. 塔高 30 米。
[I] ~ at sth to be at a particular level, amount, height, etc.达特定水平（或数量、高度等） Interest rates stand at 3%. 利率为 3%。 The world record then stood at 6.59 metres. 当时的世界纪录是 6.59 米。
其他意思还有很多，例如
The train standing at platform 3 is for London, Victoria. 停在第 3 站台的火车开往伦敦维多利亚站。
The world record stood for 20 years. 那项世界纪录 20 年未被打破。
I can't stand people interrupting all the time. 我不能容忍老有人打岔。
She was kind enough to stand us a meal. 她真好，请我们吃了饭。
